Hi,

I have recently completed an extension and have laid UFH overlay panels and have run the pipe from and back to the manifold ready for plumbing in

The existing manifold has 4 zones and is working fine (was installed 18 months or so ago, we left some empty zones because we knew we would need to connect the extension at some point down the line)

I cannot get hold of my plumber to make the final connection - what I am wondering is whether it is fairly easy to connect and fill this additional loop myself to give us some heating ? Given it is getting colder and currently my lounge has no heating... or whether I should find a new plumber to do it

Can anyone advise ? And if easy could you please tell me how :)

**Should probably add that currently we do not have any thermostats i.e. I control the heating via the boiler on/off/temp ctrl and therefore all zones are either off or on together - so there is no electrical consideration (yet... need to get an electrician round to sort this bit but that can wait)**

cheers
