Hello I have purchased a hsa6400 yale wireless alarm system and everything appears to talk with the control panel apart from the two pet friendly pirs. Is this because they are not designed for use with the hsa 6400 or other reasons such as the jumpers being in the wrong configuration. Any help much appreciated.

Than you both I have read about the pet friendly PIRs and they are not compatible with the 6000 series. Nearly drove me mad trying to get them compatible but if you buy from a major chain the product knowledge is not so good. Rest of system fine, thanks once again for taking the time to reply.
