Hi
On a gas valve (in a boiler) the older type had standard, diaphragm type (possibly could be range-rated) - but a lot of newer ones have modulating gas valves - where more or less current to the modulating solenoid opens/closes the gas valve more or less, as required.... basic question: to alter the modulating valve between minimum/maximim range's do you need to remove the solenoid connections to check minimum setting (2 nuts to adjust if required in total) ?
I know a lot of the new boilers (a rated) used ZPG's also
