That'll be downstream of ECV..Hi Terry so how do you remove a meter when you are going to solder onto the outlet of the meter if you can not work on anything before the meter outlet ?

Yes that would workG1NZO, ignoring pipework to the right, do you think there would be enough clearance if the meter was just moved downwards as far as it will go WITHOUT disconnecting the flexible stainless steel pipe?
Based on exactly what size your runners are I suspect that it might do.
