agree its looks a bit scary, insulation behind the bare section looks ok. i thing whoever fitted it broke the insulation - cowboy i think if cable is damaged i will replace it any clues on connectivity

The AAV has a small black plastic hole on the side and then a small plastic screw on top

Hi, Would anybody know how the auto air vent should be set on a Glow worm 30cxi boiler. Ther is a cap and a small plastic screw, shopuld this screw be fully closed or open slightly to allow a vent? Cheers Craig

Hi all, Just fitted new radiator so had to top up Glowworm 30 cxi boiler to fill new radiator. But when I open the filler tap on the bolier no water flows. The water is on in the house and I am 100% sure water is getting to the bolier but not filling up. Any ideas Thanks Craig
