thanks for the reply i have isolated pump live and switch live, still same problem, phoned baxi. went through faulty finding all reading were ok apart from thermister slightly out of range1.9kohms, was advised to change, so changed still same problem. polarity all ok.

hi problems with baxi solo 3, relay on the pcb chattering without demand, tried new pcb still the same problems,removed fan aps, still same ur reply much obliged thanks.

thank you for ur replys i have removed old cables, and routed new cables, back boxes chased, and metal capped all the cables, knotched joisted in loft and put metal covering on joists where cable are running for mechanical protection.also floor joist have got metal plates stop nails going...

hi i just had pir done and the house needs a rewire which will be easier to do, then rectify all the faults.but i would like to do the rewire myself and get inspection done once everything is in place thanks. there will be 3 ring mains, and 2 lighting circuts, and immersion circut. thanks...

what is the meaning of unsatisfactory in an inspection and testing report . will this be ok for the electric company to turn supply back on to the property. Thanks
