rafeal,

have you had a Periodic Inspection report done? is this what you mean?

unsatisfactory means exactly that. unsatisfactory!!! if it is a PIR you are referring to you will have a recommendations cover sheet included listing the defects.

these will have a code, either 1,2,3, or 4. these codes relate to the severity of the problem.

if you can tell us the codes and fault we will be able to tell you what it means in english for you.

Code 1 requires urgent attention, Code 2 requires improvement. I doubt the electric board will re-energize until the faults are sorted.

Can you write out the list of faults and their respective codes, or post a copy of the defects page of your PIR.

We will be able to tell you much more from this, and the best / easiest ways to remedy the problems.

You should read the notes that came with the report. A code 1 defect means that the problems ‘requires urgent attention’, and that the safety of those using the installation may be at risk.
You should have a competent person do the necessary remedial work without delay.

But please tell us what the report found and we can give you some more advice (but from a distance).

Certainly your DNO wont reconnect if you've got code 1's outstanding.
