Water pressure / bar - can a tap be rated TOO low?

Sorry for the confusing title of this post. My question is - I live in a house with very low hot water pressure and the kitchen tap I bought from Argos a while back (although it said "suitable for low pressure systems") gives me a very weak flow from the hot tap. I now know (thanks forum...

Is this the correct place to enquire about choice of taps?

Aha! That's what I was wondering after I posted. I didn't know enough about Bar and such calculations to know what it is on my system. I did read the red bit on the description but I was assuming that 1 Bar was the lowest you would go!!! Thanks so much for the clarification.

    Tap won't turn properly

JohnD was right! Did it myself and it was very easy. Also, when I contacted Screwfix to find out how much a replacement part would be they sent me one for free with next day delivery so a very good experience all in all!

    Outside tap - crazy idea!!!

Please forgive me - I have no expertise with plumbing at all. I want to install an outside tap for watering the garden, etc. I have seen tap kits which include a "self-cutter valve", and normally I would use one of those however (without going into great detail about my plumbing) the closest...
