    Drencher too low

My son’s moving into a rented flat that has a mira minimal erd fitted. He’s 6’2” and when stood under the drencher his head touches it. Apart from smashing the tiles to lift the shower valve is there another solution to this ? P.S. there’s at least 4” between the drench pipe and the ceilin. cheers.

    sticking pump

Sorted now, stripped pump and spun the impellor, put back together and ok. After all the palaver it is actually a grunfos 15/50, Tony a pump tool is basically a screwdriver on one end and a long allen key the other, see ebay. Thanks lads.

    sticking pump

Thanks for the advice (English language also). Agile, i removed the bleed screw and used a screwdriver to turn the impeller and it looked and felt like it span (spun) but obviously it didn't, ive tried all local merchants this morning and none of them carry pump tools so i will try your suggestion.

I only used a screwdriver to try to free it (i'll buy a pump tool tomorrow) but its solid. There could still be air in but until i get the pump running i dont really know.

    Ideal Classic nf spares

Cheers Chris, the reason i was asking is my aunt has BG 3 star cover and they came out the other day and said these parts were faulty and no longer available, They then turned gas off to boiler. Odd thing is they didn't try to sell her a new one. Thanks again.
