Obviously got it wrong the mains feed into the tank i have turned off and the open vent is that the pipe going into the header tank as an overflow ta coldroy

Hya i have 2 sets of spotlights run from 1 switch a couple if weeks ago i set went off tried bulbs from other set but no joy so it wasnt blown bulbs now both sets are not working but if i turn the lights on i can hear the transformer humming (no puns please :wink: ) any ideas thanks in advance...
