    help please ideal optia he15 boiler

    Had it installed couple of weeks ago. Everything fine until today. It is sort of bumping and you can actually see the sides and front move very slightly like a heart beat. The flame seems to flick each time this happens. Any ideas :roll:

    before or after

    I am having a new kitchen fitted. I want to use the klick lok tile effect laminate boards for the floor. The fitter has said that it is best to lay this after the kitchen is fitted. He will leave the bottom plinths or whatever they are called off and I lay the floor so it fits approx 1 inch...

    crack in newly plastered ceiling

    laminate floor white skirting???

    I am debating on having a textured laminate oak colour floor in bedroom and dining room. Do you need to change skirting to match colour or does white skirting look ok. I cant find any pics of rooms to compare. Thanks :?

    condensing flue cover

    where can i get/buy a gargoyle/dragon head or something similar to cover my flue so when it steaming it comes out of nose eyes and mouth hole of gargoyle. If this steam comes into open windows of my house as in bathroom and kitchen is it safe? :?

    old back boiler

    Next to my fire place I have found two pipes which run up to ceiling they are boxed in with a small door at bottom. I have gas central heating so i am assuming that these are not required anymore. Is it possible to have them removed so I can gain space right up to the side of chimney...

    bonding to plaster

    :roll: I have taken the skim from my walls in bedroom it will be redone in a couple of weeks. The prob is the dust from the walls. Is there something I can paint onto rough plaster to help this situation or will it cause a prob for plasterer when making good. Thanks

    kitchen floor

    I have small 6"x6" ceramic type of tiles on top of concrete on my kitchen floor. I would really like to remove these if at all possible or if not is it possible to fill the grout gaps with something to make floor level then add slate effect tiles or lino. thanks :?

    adhesive to felt

    :roll: I need to lift up the edge of the felt above my outhouse to have some upvc cladding fitted what is the best thing to use to stick it back down again or does it have to be tacked? Thank you. :?

    dimmer switch

    I have a dimmer switch in dining room it lights 4 double bulbed wall lights. When i touch around the switch on the square flat plastic surround piece it feels very warm to hot - is this normal ? Thanks :roll:
