I need to replace my pump which is wired into the time controller/heat selection switch. How do I get access to the inside of this controller? (It is in an out of the way place but I can't see any way of taking the front cover off, other than brute force). Thanks

Thank you all for your help. I can't say if Ferroli are popular in this area, the main concern being the poor performance of our football clubs than what boiler we have. The recommendation came from a friend who works for a plumber in Liverpool.

I fitted my own a few years ago & I am no plumber. You need:- A cold water supply with enough pressure to "pump" the water to the shower head. You should be all right there as you already have a shower fed by cold water. The same with ot water but as this is coming from your hot water...
