17th amendment or 18th edition

hi guys but i know this will have been discussed before but has anyone got any info on this , will it be an amendment to 17th and will we have do a new course or exam , or is it going to be the full 18th

It will be a new yellow book but is 17th amendment 3.

Your question has been answered. Over the past 5 editions (around 60 years), the average interval between new editions has been about 13 years - so if they stick to that pattern, the 18th ed. would be expected to appear around 2021. Of course, that could prove to be completely wrong!

There will be plenty of seminars and workshops on the amendments, but no exam to sit!
