Hi
I have recently purchased a Matki illusion corner shower cubicle. It was supplied with a fast flow waste made for the tray that has a 40mm (1.5") spigot for connection.
I want to connect using a solvent weld straight coupler, rather than compression, to try and minimise the chance of it leaking at a later date.
However it seems that the spigot on the waste is on the small 40mm side as the couplers (3 different sources) that I have tried are 'slack' but fit the waste pipe side of the connection ok.
Does anybody know if a particular brand of solvent fittings come up on 'the small side' and will solve (nt) my dilemma.
Many Thanks
