Best way by far to find a good, local (quite important)RGI, is asking local friends and neighbours until you find somebody who has had the same guy coming around for years whenever there was something with the boiler.
Make sure he has a current GSR card, every RGI will be more than happy to show you. Any excuses should be treated like a cheque in the mail.
