Alpha Ocean 240e Boiler,Heating Fine,Water Only Warm..HELP!!

hi,since we moved into the property our central heating has worked very well but when we use the hot water it rarely comes out hot,usualy just warm.we can get it hot but only when the heating has been on for hours which is getting very annoying.also the hot water only dribbles out the bath,when the cold water comes out fast??any ideas.thanks

First reaction is that the diaphragm needs replacing.

Then you mention the hot bath tap only dribbling. This could also point to the plate HE being blocked if all the other hot taps have poor flow.

If they have good flow, then check the tap washer on the bath hot tap.
