Ariston Microgenious HE pilot light won't light

Hi,

A mate of mine has one of these boilers, and the pilot light won't light. Not sure of the exact model number of the boiler as he only texted me GCN 41-111-06.

I understand the plumber he called changed the ignitor and the PCB and ran away when he couldn't get it to light still.

Does anyone have any ideas given the scant amount of info?

Theres no microgenius with that GC number.
