We had our garden landscaped in November 2015 and we had artificial grass replaced our lawn.

Since the installation, apart from a few days in a row, it has been raining pretty much every day.
It rained immediately after the install and was very windy and as a consequence the kilndried sand was blown around the grass and has clumped up since then.

The main issues is the artificial grass is at an angle since install (was delivered and probably stored as rolled carpet rolls are).
We was advised of brushing it back to get its original upright position but this has not changed....

The 2nd issue is this sand which has clumped together. This has caused multiple areas with uneven surfaces and bumps...

Please see attached pics.
Anyone had similar issues?

Hard to say without seeing it in the flesh but the installer perhaps should have brushed it harder to help straighten it.

There is nothing wrong with it but im sure it looks a little unsightly. Brushing the clumps on a dry day will help eventually.
