Atag service engineers - sheffield area ??

Anyone know of any installers who repair these makes of combi.

Just recently taken a few calls from a few customers in my area who have these fitted. Seems to be the same problem - cant get central heating to work. I think on these that heating is wired up independently on the pcb board, but i'm not positive. One customer did say BG called and 'flexed' the wires to get it to work. It stopped when he left

I mainly fit Vaillants and Alphas, so the Atag is unfamiliar territory to me.

You'd best try the manufacturers. It strange how despite years of p***ing around with the UK market and despite all the publicity and fanfare from the likes of Atag, Broag, Viessmann, Wolf, Buderus (with Bosch backing) and other so called world leaders, they've achieved relatively s*dall here. Indeed even the likes of Biasi and Heatline seem better organised.
