When the heating system has been on for 2-3 hrs the down stairs rad which is a double rad type starts making a loud Bang bang bang and so on until I turn up or down on the thermostatic-valve which stops it for 20 mins.
It is a new combi boiler
It did it before new boiler was fitted
Have tried air bleed on all rads
also air bleed on the feed and return on the pipes coming out of the combi(which is fitted in the loft)
Sounds very much like air chuggin around some pipe to the radiator!
Does this sound like a job for a Plumber or does anyone have a solution?
