Hi guys,

I've bought a sink from wickes (http://www.wickes.co.uk/invt/217730) which comes without tap etc.

I've seen the type of tap I'd like (an example is this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Adora-Qua...pt=UK_Bathroom_Mats_Rugs&hash=item4ac0b1b04f) I've been searching the brands suggested on here.

Please could you help me with what else I need as I don't think the tap above is suitable for me as it's a pop up waste.

****The most important thing is that the previous sink (hung on the wall and not pedestal) had the waste hole cut really high. The measurement from the BOTTOM of the hole to the tiles is 59cm. Please could advise me what waste style to go for to give me the best opportunity to go for to get onto the bottom of the sink and through the hole. Or is there no chance I'll be able to use this existing hole?

Thanks for your help

You do not need to fit the PU waste, although that will leave a hole in the back of the tap.

Fit a clicker/click-clack or captive rotary waste instead.
They might be shorter than the PU, but not by much.
