Bath Seal on Shower Screen coming away

I've a curved shower screen and the seal along the bottom has been ok for nearly two years. Now at either end the plastic on the inside of the curve is coming away from the glass (inwards towards the inside of the bath) meaning that when showering, water goes straight over the top of the seal and dribbles down over the edge of the bath.

Is this common? Are there better seals to get than others? Reliable ones?
