Help! My 4-year old Bauknecht washing machine has always been really reliable. However when I put it on last night, it took the softner at the start of the programme, instead of the powder. It then tried to take the softner again at the normal place in the programme. I've cleaned the filter, the drawer, etc. The drum it turning fine, the machine is emptying and filling fine, so it can't be the hose. The cycle runs fine apart from the fact that it takes the softner when it should be taking the powder. Bauknecht are charging €99 for a call-out, so I don't know what to do. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong? Thanks
