baxi 105e no hot water

Hi i have a baxi 105e boiler the hot water has stopped working when i have it on hot water only, but when i have the heating on i do get hot water but not as hot as befofe.Now i do understand it could be the diafram but what diapram is it, and also is it better to just change the diverter valve complete
or just the diafram only.Also the hot water light does not come on when i have it on hot water only is this related to the diafram?

It could be just the diaphragm or the microswitch or the pin is seized in the gland.

The entire diverter valve is about £100 and a bit of a job to change so not a good idea.

Best to get whatever is wrong fixed.

I went to do a service last week on one of that model that had never failed in the nine years since installation!

He thought it was about time it was serviced!
