Fault:

Boiler fires and heats rads with switch in DHW mode,when it fires neither DHW or CH indicator is Lit.

Not D.V or P.C.B

D.H.W switch and C.H switch do not stick,integeral timer wired correctly

One thing I am correct in thinking if the DHW switch is sticky the indicator would be lit as would the C.H am I not

Im with chris on this pretty sure its the primary thermistor bringing it on in frost stat mode.
