Hi, have the above boiler and have noticed a declined temp drop in hot water. The boiler is 5 yrs old and generally sound.If i choke the water pressure /flow at stop cock then temp increases also if i run water slower through taps this has the same effect .Have noticed that if i was to turn up water pressure at stop cock then the temp blows hot then cold, any ideas, cheers Dave.

just cleaned out plate exchanger and true to your word there was small deposits flushing through. have now seen an improvement in temp. Many thanks Dave
