Hi, I have the above boiler and its doing nothing at the moment.
When the control unit switches on the CH/HW the 'Boiler on' light illuminates and that's as far as it goes.
The other indicators are Overheat, Fan on , Pilot on, Burner on.
These all stay off.
I've downloaded the pdf manual and it lists all the sensors etc involved in the boiler but it doesn't give any indication as to what is used and when.
Can anyone give a list of operations for me to help diagnose which electrical part to check first.
I read elsewhere that when the boiler comes on on, the Fan should spin first and then the pressure swicth monitors that that is up to speed before any ignition takes place.
When the boiler on light comes on there is no supply at the fan as though it is not being powered up to spin. is there another sensor/control that the cct board checks before supplying the fan? eg if the Thermal cutout sensor is broken this would stop the boiler trying before anythign else?
(The cct board fuse is ok)
Thanks for any help,
Darren.
