Some "engineers" are little more than trained technicians who cannot cope with anything not specifically included in their training.

And "those" engineers will be found out... complained about... lose jobs... not progress very far... and generally develop a poor reputation, which will spread like wildfire!
Perhaps they don't care! People are people after all.

Eventually, they might drop their prices to match their low standards, to keep in work and, guess what... there'll be a huge queue of customers waiting to use them because they're so cheap... and those customers deserve everything they get!
