boiler flue distance

hi
am putting up a shed near my garage and was wondering how much space i need to leave between my shed and outlet of my boiler flue please?it comes out of wall approx 4" and is approx 3ft from edge of garage wall and approx 6ft from ground and is a balanced flue not fanned comes straight out of wall
