boiler problem

We are not getting hotwater since thismorning but our centrelheating is working.Once our centrelheating starts working we are getting hot water.But if it is switched off we are not getting ho water.

If it is a conventioanal system sounds like the dhw valve actuator has packed up, new one needed.

If its a combi then diaphragm gone or DV problems.
