Hi.
I have a problem with my dishwasher. The serial number is above and a manual/instruction booklet can be downloaded from the link below by entering the serial number in the title.

Anyways, I've tried the dishwasher a couple of times to see if it was just a one off problem but it seems that it's not. When it's running, it sounds fine for a while and then I can start to hear unusually loud banging happening now and again. When trying to take a closer listen I can smell burning plastic or something. At the end of the cycle, the dishwasher doesn't seem to drain everything (not sure if it drains anything at all) and it spills out on the floor.
What should I do? I haven't got a clue about dish wahsers. I've checked the removable filter and there seems to be nothing in there and also checked the salt and rinse aid levels and they seem to be fine. If you need any more information then please ask and I will happily get back to you the best I can.
