Cameron's alcohol tax...

There's lots up in front of magistrates who haven't needed hospital treatment though. The ones who urinate in the street and get arrested for instance, the ones arrested for fighting (who don't need hospital treatment etc etc.
Are you suggesting , these people should just get the usual fine, amounting to a slap on the wrist?

I am not a barrister, so I really cannot make a decision that is justifiable as to make a new law you need to know the law.

Perhaps this was the only way.
I must admit large stores selling larger for 45p a can must be stopped.

Nope 2011. Trying for a better link but.............

In 2011, 119 years after this change was made, Samoa decided to shift back west of the date line by skipping Friday 30 December 2011. This changed the timezone from UTC−11 to UTC+13 (and from UTC−10 to UTC+14 during daylight saving time).[5] The change was made because Australia and New Zealand have increasingly become Samoa's biggest trading partners and homes to a large community of expatriates. Being 21 hours behind made business difficult because having weekends on different days meant only four days of the week were shared workdays.

It was Kiribati I was thinking of and Millenium Island.
Don't know anything about New Guinea changing.

Samoa did today but not New Guinea.

New Guinea is about 5,000km behind the date line. I can't see them changing.
