It is - which (provided the intended meaning is apparent) is perhaps a good reason for not making such observations in a 'DIY Electrics' forum.

Now eight. Yes, it was extremely polite for BAS. However, it was also totally unnecessary and inappropriate for an 'Electrics' forum. Had he not written it, none of the consequent (again unnecessary and inappropriate) posts (including mine and yours) would have followed.
