The lower arm does not seem to be cleaning dishes from below, the top rack OK but lower is only washed from above i.e. bowls or pots face down on lower rack dirty.
I've taken it apart, the link to the top arm and it's all clean but it appears that despite the fact that water is pumped to the top arm the bottom arm is not cleaning.
Every thing that should spin runs free, all rubbish collectors and filters are clean.
Machine is 2 years old and used every day.
Salt and rinse aid OK
