Bosch SGS47EO2GB Dishwasher

The lower arm does not seem to be cleaning dishes from below, the top rack OK but lower is only washed from above i.e. bowls or pots face down on lower rack dirty.
I've taken it apart, the link to the top arm and it's all clean but it appears that despite the fact that water is pumped to the top arm the bottm arm is not cleaning.
Every thing that should spin runs free, all crap collectors and filters are clean.
Machine is 2 years old and used every day.
Salt and rinse aid OK

Check to make sure the spray arms holes are clear of pips, debris etc. If they are clear the mech on the heater that rotates to alternate between top and bottom spray arms may be at fault and stuck in the position for the top arm. This prob could also be the module not powering this mech up. Not a DIY fix...you need an engineer, preferably a Bosch one!!
