I can't see why not, you'll need some sort of 12V DC PSU with an adequate current rating for your CD player. You may need to connect the ign+ve and perm +ve together to get it to work.

You may struggle to find which pin does what without the manufacturers leads, you may pick one up in halfords etc for a price. Add the cost of the mains adaptor and you're on your way to buying a normal mains CD player.
You may also need a small 12 volt battery ( or keep it permantly on the mains ) to keep the memory alive. Or you may have to enter the security code each time you turn the power on.
