I have a Siemens RWB27 Timer, when decorating, I discovered a massive crack in the unit where someone had over-tightened the screws and I'd like to replace it.

Is it possible? The unit itself is quite new, I think they fitted it before selling us the property, so I only need to buy a replacement backplate for it.

However the only places I can find on the net say the unit comes with the backplate...

Does the backplate have part number I could search on? (I can't see one on mine.) And is it actually possible to but these universal backplates separately?

Thanks for any help you can give.
