Hi folks
I've fitted a new back to wall pan and concealed cistern today and all has gone well apart from the cistern seems to take a little while to fill.
The cistern is fed from the tank which is about 1.9 meters above the toilet.
The new cistern is a Macdee Pneu-compact. It has a float valve and push flush. It takes around 2 minutes 15 seconds to fill 6 litres. The old style toilet I removed this morning used to take around a minute to fill (from the same supply).
I've searched the instructions that come with the cistern and it doesn't mention anything about a pressure regulator being installed.
Is 2 minutes the norm for this type of set up? Also - does anyone know if there is a pressure regulator in this set up?
Many thanks
Carl.
