Torbeck valve in cistern

Sorry but another question. How long should it take for a 6 litre cistern (MacDee Concealed Duo-Flush) to fill (with normal low pressure gravity fed cold fill - 15mm pipe, CW tank in loft so 2m or so head). At the moment it seems to be taking about 4-5 mins

Torbec valves come with various corkscrew restrictors, might have wrong one in. Isolate, remove valve pull out corkscrew from underneath.
 
5mins is not right. sounds like somebody fitted the low pressure restricter without reading the recomendations . I think on low pressure they require no restricter. I know the high pressure is required at above 60psi.
