If it's the sealant around the edge of the shower tray that's gone black from mould then the only way to really clean it up is to remove it.

Get a stanley knife (I find the ones with snap off blades work best) and slide it along the tray and along the tiles to remove most of the sealent. Extend the blade so that it bends and stays flat against the wall/tray. Remove any last bits by scraping with an old blunt (not too blunt) chisel and maybe a thin version of the snap off blade. Rubbing your finger over the sealent also works for the last few pieces. Sealant remover can work but too but I find it quicker without. Clean and ensure it's perfectly dry. Then get a sealent gun, a tube of kitchen & bathroom or sanitary silicone sealent and put down a new bead of sealant. Wet a sealent tool which can shape the bead with a bit of soapy water (washing up liquid works well) and push it along the bead to leave a nice smooth edge. You could use a wetted finger, but I gather that it leaves the surface in a state which encourages more mould growth.

If you do remove the sealant, replace it with good quality bathroom sealant.

Black mould has recently be rated along side asbestos for lung related illnesses.

Remove all the grout and replace with an epoxy grout.

For sealant use a product with microban in it.
