COLD RADIATOR--PLEASE HELP

Hi, please could you help me i have a solid fuel boiler and 14 rads in my house but at the end of the house i have a rad that just seems to be cold and very rarely gets warm the pipe going to the rad is hot but the rad isnt . have tried bleeding rad , and its only 4 months old . cant understand why it dosent heat up when all the others in the house do. please help, jezz

i would have thought if the pipe is hot, it must be a prob with te rad /valves.

are BOTH valves on?

is one a trv (may be stuck)

when bleeding does rad get hot?

return pipe blocked
