I am about to complete on a 2 bed ground floor flat which I'm purchasing to do up. The place needs a new combi boiler and rads. I shall be putting in new rads and have had quotes for the boiler install.

Vokera - £900
Ferroli - £900
Remeha - £900
Worcester bosch - £1,150
Valliant - £1,150

These are all around 24kw models.

Obviously the budget is tight so cheaper the better, anyone who could advise, will be much appreciated.

I would reccomend a baxi duo-tec in this case great boiler and 5 year warranty purchase price around £750

the boiler has had a few teething problems however all parts and labour covered .

Out of that list I would go for the vaillant. But as you are doing it up to sell on then get a quote for a main combi or a glowworm betacom a.
Both really solid boilers, IMO
