Hello,

I've removed an old lockshield cap to replace for a new one and have found condensation within the old cap and on the lockshield. Is this normal?

Thank you.

not really its more likely that the lockshield is weeping a little through the gland when cold, then when the heating is on and the lockshield gets hot the small amount of water evaporates, screw the valve stem down a few turns then try and tighten the gland nut and see if that stops it.
