to be honest your CU sounds like it needs updating, what you often find also where you have old CU's you get old poor wiring, add ons, lash ups that people have done themselves throughout the property.

i have no probs with getting it done but the house has been up for sale for 6 months it costing me alot once there is someone in it then it could be something to look at

to be honest the house has not had any extras i did it up, we had a combi fitted so there is no immersion there is no supply to the garage cos i pulled it out there cant be much else
