Not sure if correct forum. However, I understand damp sealant for an external wall needs to be put on before weather becomes too cold for successful application. When is the latest date to treat a wall ? I realise the climate is unpredictable !

slightly different tack. Is there any way to get a rough estimate of percentage caused by penetrating damp compared to condensation. But dehumidifier.
