Double glazing estimates

Hi everybody!
Im looking to replace my old windows for DG windows in the Liverpool area and I`d be grateful if you could give me an idea of the price:
3 windows 1820 - 854 cm
4 windows 1320 - 730 cm
2 windows 582 - 568 cm
Is there any economical help programme from the goverment?
would it be cheaper to ask for estimates in summer time rather than now? also,which window frames are cheaper and which more expensive?
hope you can help and give me some advice as I have not a clue

get 3 or 4 different local firms round to quote you. avoid the big national ones at all costs!

always good if you can get some recommendations from friends as well.
