Downlights yes or no?

The LED dimmable white ones look ok. Not sure how bright they'd be though, think it said 11watts, not very bright then I imagine?
About 90mm in size, not the smallest, but could be ok. Not cheap are they! Spose you save on electric tho. I notice that they are not adjustable also.
