we have just been authorised by the insurance company for a boiler replacement of our existing worcester bosch 40 cdi combi boiler (only 4 years old!!!). the insurance company have appointed a company by the name of eaga homesure. my question is wot is the reputation of this company as i have done a search for them on the net and tons of people have all had nightmare stories to tell of their experience of this comapny 
my other question....they are goiing to send a surveyor round to inspect my system and suggest boiler options. can they short change me in suggesting a sub-standard boiler as i would prefer a 42cdi combi (40cdi is now obselete) even though i have had a bad experience this time round!.... someone pls advise. many thanx in advance
