This is probably the wrong forum but here goes . Does anyone know of a supplyer of the modern electric clock mechanism ? You know the type that is a little square box that requires a couple of AA batteries .

Cheers

I have never heard of them, and i only live down the road in Luton, site looks interesting.

as above and also try your local clock/watch repairers.

Personally i think the way forward is with MSF units the radio signal controlled time devices synchronised to the Rugby time signal or other such transmissions. these are becoming more readily available and are appearing in some very cheap battery driven clocks (argos for one) so you might even consider buying one of those and cannabilising the time mechanism from it?
