My kitchen has been refitted and all that remains is to connect some extra low voltage downlighters.
The lights come in packs of four and on the instructions it recommends running no more than 4 lights per transformer (which is also supplied).
Anyway I connected the first 4 via junction box with the LN feed to the JB,the Live down the switch and the black core of the switch wire to the live side of the light which then connects to the transformer via the JB.
It works fine.
My question is I need another Live,Neutral feed to my next set of 4 lights, can I take it from the same JB as where the original feed is?
If not, what is the best way of doing it?
The second set of 4 lights is on another switch but I have my 2 core to the switch from my JB already (unconnected)
Any help , thoughts?
Thanks Mark
